EU CIVIL SERVICE LAW
"The Official's day" – 2nd edition, 24 May 2018 - Latest legal developments regarding EU civil service law
As previously announced, the success of last year’s edition inspired DALDEWOLF’s EU law team to repeat the experience in organising a full day of training dedicated to the latest legal developments in the field of EU civil service law.
Three hot topics have been selected for this second edition:
- the officials and agents’ right to be heard during administrative procedures
- the reform of the EU regulation on data protection and the invalidity procedure applicable to EU staff
- the legal aspects of the invalidity procedure and a specific focus on the burnout syndrome
The specialist lawyers of DALDEWOLF will be joined by highly-regarded professionals : a former judge of the EU civil service Tribunal, lawyer and University professor; legal officers from the EDPS and a doctor of psychology, specialist of the burn-out syndrome. Each subject will be addressed by a lawyer and an external professional.
This training will also be the occasion to meet and exchange. A substantial amount of time will be dedicated to your questions and discussions around these three topics.
